I’ve always been scared of the dentist, so naturally, I took a job with one. But those six months gave me a whole new appreciation for the industry and the impact of strong, human-first marketing.
I carried out a full brand and digital audit, identifying key areas for improvement in SEO, UX, and patient communication. I recommended and contributed to a full website redesign focused on clarity, accessibility, and trust, and the new site went on to be nominated for Best New Website at the Private Dentistry Awards 2024.
To support growth, I developed targeted content and improved listings, which contributed to a 58% increase in active patients in one month (from 1,200 to 1,894).
